Here is the list of Magical Creatures that exist in the world of Aorutenia. You are capable of obtaining one as a companion but only if you manage to supply the creature with what it wants.
Dragon
Dragons are highly intelligent creatures. They appear as giant lizards with horns, fangs and wings with a feline appearance. They are warm blooded and can be subdued by the scent of roses except for the very oldest of the dragons. All dragons are capable of shifting their forms at will and are capable of consuming anything except for roses. In order to receive a dragon’s support, you must pay the dragon with a service depending on the dragon species and a sum of tokens which varies from breed to breed.
Skull dragons live in swamps. They have an Acid breath and tend to appear skeletal in appearance, appearing more like skeletal dragons thus receiving their name, Skull Dragon. They are covered with dark gray and ebony scales. They are often found interrogating people, asking them where large sums of treasure can be found before pickling their victims alive in their swamps. Male Skull Dragons are the only dragon breed where the males take care of the offspring (and they do it quite well). Male Skull Dragons often have shorter horns than females and have scale-like beards hanging from their chins. Female Skull Dragons often are found searching for large sums of money more often then males due to their greater greed than males. The service is to tend to the dragon’s young while the dragon searches for a meal for his babies. 30 Tokens.
Desert Sky Dragons live in deserts and breath lightning. They appear as blue as the sky with a single sandy-brownish-gold colored horn sticking out from the front of their heads. They are vain and territorial, getting into brutal combat with each other over territory. Their scales always have a polished, glossy finish due to the blowing sands. When a Desert Sky Dragon becomes angry, they begin to smell of electricity, ozone, and of desert sand and can become a very big problem if they aren’t calmed down. They burrow in the sands to hide for awaiting prey and can sense movement up to one hundred yards away. Also, Desert Sky Dragons love the hot heat and are often found soaring about when the desert is at it’s hottest temperature. The service is to give a compliment to the Desert Sky Dragon that it has never heard before. 50 Tokens.
Poison Wood Dragons live in forests and breath out a corrosive green gas that eats away at the skin of it’s victims. Poison Wood Dragons enjoy invoking fear into the hearts of other, smaller creatures and get a real good kick out of it, often telling tales about how much fear they put particular cities in. They are covered in green scales that match the surrounding forests and have stripe-like markings covering their bodies for added camouflage and appear more feline in shape than most other dragons. Favoring to dine on Forest Dwellers (Forest Elves, Nymphs, and Satyrs) the Poison Wood Dragons have naturally sided with the evil emperor due to this appetite. The service is to bring it a Forest Dweller sacrifice. 35 Tokens.
Red Mountain Dragons live in mountains and breath fire. They are like blood sucking lawyers without the blood sucking and the law degree. They lust for money and physical company with other creatures and not in just a friendly sort of way either. They love to mate with their meal, turning into an attractive member of their prey’s species to perform the task. However, when met with numerous foes, they will make a snap decision to fight or take flight, often choosing fight over flight using either their breath weapon or one of their claws. In appearance, some can say they look like demonic lizards and they often smell of sulfur and brimstone further emphasizing this fact. Red Mountain Dragons are even more vain than the Desert Sky Dragons. You must perform two services: You must give it a great compliment and bring it a very valuable artifact. 150 Tokens.
Kata Dragons, the weakest and smallest of all dragons reaching the size of a Belgium horse, they were bred by the Katashi before the Katashi were captured by the evil emperor. Fearing the capture of their prized companions of the desert, the Katashi released them into the wild where they hid away from the evil emperor. Kata Dragons breath electricity just like the Desert Sky Dragon yet are visibly different from them in not just size but in appearance as well. The Kata Dragons are smaller than the Desert Sky Dragons. They have the same clubbed tail as the Katashi and have similar wings. Also, like the Katashi, they have an extra pair of legs sprouting in between their first set and second set of legs. They have desert sand brown scales covering their bodies and their eyes are as blue as the overhead sky often changing colors with the current weather in the immediate area. Another difference the Kata Dragon has from other dragons is that they share the tri-forked tongue of their long time friends, the Katashi which they use in the same way. Kata Dragons love to talk with people and often have valuable information that they only reveal during their ramblings with other beings that are willing to listen to their ramblings. Two things that anger a Kata Dragon is imprisonment and slavery. They are waiting for people to assist them in the liberation of their Katashi friends. A Kata Dragon will NEVER assist someone who is evil and are naturally aligned with the Den'tulan lae Aorutenia. The service is to promise that you will assist it in freeing the Katashi. 15 Tokens. You are also required to be a member of the Den'tulan lae Aorutenia.
Battle Dragons live in hills and breath acid. They often appear as strong, sturdy dragons appearing much like greenish-brown unstoppable machines. Their scales are much thicker than other dragons’ scales and they are often found fighting foes larger than themselves, often the Red Mountain Dragons, just for sport and to steal from their horde. When they are not looking for treasure, a Battle Dragon will transform into a small animal to spy on adventurers just to see if they are going to any place that has a decent sum of money. In combat, Battle Dragons are hardy fighters, testing their opponents before obliterating them with their power. The service is to inform them where a large sum of treasure is and 50 Tokens.
Radiant Sun Dragons live in valleys and breath fire. They appear like graceful serpents with wings and four legs. Their heads appear the most feline-like out of all the dragon species. Both male and female Radiant Sun Dragons have long, sweeping, scaly whiskers with the males having longer whiskers. All Radian Sun Dragons are graceful, kind, and wise often found giving advice to those who require it. They despise injustice and foul play often assisting adventurers on quests to destroy evil. Radiant Sun Dragons will often try to dissolve any disputes before fighting and if this fails, they will often use whatever means necessary except for using their allies as cannon fodder. The service is to perform a highly good deed with the Radiant Sun Dragon accompanying the person and 40 Tokens. You are also required to be a member of the Den'tulan lae Aorutenia.
Silver Una Dragons live in the sea and breath ice. Unlike most dragons who have two or more horns, a Silver Una Dragon only has a single horn similar to that of a unicorn’s horn sprouting from the center of their forehead. They are willing to assist anyone in need of assistance no matter the alignment of the person as long as the creature genuinely requires assistance such as warm, food, or directions to the closest city. At times, they will act as a temporary mount, bringing the being to the closest city. Often appearing as if they had been carved out of a single mound of silver, a Silver Una Dragon looks like a solid piece of silver. They often take the forms of wise elders or elegant looking teenagers, they are always willing to assist those who need it. All Silver Una Dragons prefer a humanoid form over their natural dragon form due to the versatility of the humanoid form over the dragon form (it’s the size). Often obtaining mortal companions, the dragon will venture with these companions, however, after an undetermined and varying amount of time, the Silver Una Dragon will depart from it’s companions. Silver Una Dragons LOVE the taste of human cuisine and will often spend large amounts of money just at a single restaurant sampling the human food and can live on such food indefinitely. A Silver Una Dragon will attempt to avoid combat when on their own unless the enemy is highly persistent in destroying the Silver Una. If this is the case, they will attempt to blind and stun the target rather than killing it in order to get away. You must make it an extremely delicious cuisine using a human’s recipe or just make your best lasagna, whatever is faster. 30 Tokens. You will also receive a Human recipe as well.
Hippogriff
Hippogriff are vicious creatures. Ferocious and vicious hunters, Hippogriffs are omnivores and will consume any types of food available to them, including humanoid. Hippogriffs are capable fliers and can carry a rider while flying. They are very valuable as mounts because of this fact. Their front half appears like that of a giant eagle and they have the hindquarters of a horse. 30 Tokens.
Griffon
Griffons are proud creatures. You never want to insult them because that could be the last thing you do. Griffons love to dine on horses and will kill those who attempt to protect the horses they choose to dine on. Their front half appears like that of a giant eagle and they have the hindquarters of a lion. Neither males nor females have a mane. They can understand human speech. 35 Tokens.
Unicorn
Unicorns will only accompany those who are against evil. Appearing as pure ivory horses with a single horn sprouting from the center of their forehead, they have bonded with the Asizura or the Horned Elves as some often call them. They are capable of healing people, protecting people, and even detecting if someone is good or evil. If one wishes to become companions with a Unicorn (other than an Asizura) you must prove yourself pure of heart and pay a hefty cost of 200 Tokens.
Nightmare
Nightmares will only accompany those who are against good. Appearing as pure ebony horses with a single horn sprouting from the center of their forehead, they have bonded with evil Asizura or the Horned Elves as some often call them. Nightmares are often referred to as corrupted Unicorns and many Asizura refer to Nightmares as black unicorns. Nightmares hooves, main and tails appear as if they are always on fire but touching this fire will not harm anyone. They are capable of breathing fire which is harmful to all except Asizura and Unicorns. An evil Asizura has the capability of calling upon a Nightmare rather than a Unicorn. If one wishes to become companions with a Nightmare (other than an Asizura) you must prove yoruself taint of heart and pay a hefty cost of 200 Tokens.
Moonhound
Moonhounds appear as large, pure black canines of any larger canine variety with blood red eyes that are capable of predicting a person’s death and seeing ghosts. A Moonhound is also capable of seeing a person’s aura and can communicate telepathically with each other and their owner. They are much stronger than a normal canine. Membership for a month and 15 Tokens.
